Residence Rental Fee FROM $175 per night* (*Base Fare, Subject to Dates of Travel, Holiday and other selected dates may be higher) + 9% Tax will be charged. Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited availability of this particular residence, it is highly recommended that you make inquiry as to availability and place a deposit as soon as possible. The deposit, the equivalent of a
one night stay at time of booking [prices will vary depending on season] will be due to confirm your reservation. A reservation number will be given and your reservation will be held when a check or credit card is supplied. The deposit amount will be refundable less a $25 administrative fee if cancelled in writing 14 days prior to arrival (date specified) ________. If cancellation is not received in writing on or before this date a one (1) night   fee including tax recovery charges and services will apply.
